Mountain Bikers Responsibility Code:
1. Always stay in control.
2. Know your limits.
3. Protect yourself.
4. Inspect and maintain your equipment.
5. Be lift smart.
6. Inspect the trails and features.
7. Obey signs and warnings.
8. Be Visible.
9. Look out for others.
10. Cooperate.
Class 1 e-bikes are permitted on the mountain; however, there are no uphill trails, and e-bikes are not allowed to be ridden up any part of the mountain. Riders must ride downhill and may not use service roads to access trails. A lift ticket is required to access trails.
Helmets are required to be worn by all mountain bikers.
Drone Usage:
Silver Mountain Resort prohibits the use of unmanned aerial systems or drones. No exceptions.
General Guidelines
1. No smoking, including e-cigs, is permitted at Silver Mountain Resort.
2. Please remember to dress appropriately as our gondolas are not temperature controlled.
3. Silver Mountain is on private property and for the safety and comfort of all our guests, Silver Mountain prohibits the carrying of firearms while on Silver premises. The exception being active on-duty law enforcement officers.
Dog Policy
Dogs are permitted in the village, on the gondola*, and on hiking trails*, but for the comfort of all of our guests, please keep your dogs on a leash at all times. Additionally we ask that you kindly pick up after your pets. Outside temperatures often get into the 90s in the summer; please do not leave your dogs in a locked car. Dogs are prohibited from all chairlifts, ski slopes, and the tubing hill.
*Dogs are not allowed on the gondola or hiking trails during event weekends. Event weekends include the North American Enduro Cup, Silver Kings Hard Enduro, Top Pin Archery, Brewsfest, and Northwest Cup.
